Admitted to the Paris Bar, Marc Drevon specializes in regulatory matters with a particular focus on the energy sector.
Before joining SAMMAN, Marc worked for 5 years within the French Energy Regulation Authority (Commission de Régulation de l'Énergie, CRE), where he notably handled various topics related to electricity and gas markets. He particularly focused on electricity and gas regulated tariffs, on the regulated access to incumbent nuclear electricity and on the implementation of the French Capacity Mechanism.
Before that, Marc worked at Total and within several Energy Departments of French and International law firms (Herbert Smith, Jones Day and CGR Legal).
Marc holds a Master degree in International Economic Law from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University and a Master degree in Business Law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University.
