A Romanian national, Anca earned a degree in political science (University Al. I. Cuza, Iasi, Romania) in 2008. In 2009, she joined the Legal and Corporate Affairs department of Microsoft EMEA, where she acquired knowledge in the European institutions' dynamics and policies impacting the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector.
During the following two years, she coordinated a network of women in top-level positions in the business sector, European Union institutions and academia, the European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL).
She joined SAMMAN Law & Corporate Affairs in 2012, where she specializes in ICT policy and regulatory issues at French and European Union levels.
Anca is also an Alumna of AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-run organization. She speaks English, French, Romanian and Spanish.
